Where we ship

We ship within Canada only. Shipping is free on every order.

When your order ships

In-stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Once your order is with the carrier, delays are outside our control, but we'll help you follow up if a package looks stuck or lost. Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items show a ship-by date on the product page, in your cart and on your order. You're charged when you place the order, and it ships as soon as the next batch arrives, on or before that date. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

If we can't ship by that date, we'll email you before it passes. You can then cancel for a full refund or keep your order for the new date.

If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, it all ships together when the pre-order item arrives. If you'd like the in-stock items sooner, email us and we'll send them ahead.
